M.A, M.Com- Calicut University 2011-2012

M.A and M.Com degree courses of Calicut University could be pursued as correspondence course. Those who have passed Degree can directly join the course.
Those who have completed Degree can join for the state or central government accredited Post Graduate courses. The students who have taken M.A degree can join for M.A degree where as the students who took commerce as major for M.Com can join M.Com (co-operation) Degree. M.A History, Sociology and English can be done as correspondence course.

M.A, M.Com -Direct

The students who have passed Degree are eligible to apply directly for M.A and M.Com Degree courses. The course has to be completed within two years.

Study Materials

After Post Graduation course registration of each year, study materials will be sent together or as two batches via post.

Fees Structure

The annual course fees for M.A, M.Com is Rs.5800/-. An amount of Rs 3800/- has to be paid with the first year registration form and the remaining Rs 2000/- has to be paid within two months after registration. The University registration fees and Examination fees are to be paid separately as DD. The aforesaid course fees do not include The University registration fees and Examination fees.

The course will be in semester system. But two semester’s examination will be conducted together in the months of April and May. Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Malappuram, Palakkad, Kannur and Kasargod are the examination centers. The student can select the convenient examination center.
